Auto updater not working

Error creating the eq2map directory
please create it yourself and then re-run this update

Above are the errors I'm getting. The error in green is whenever I hit update. I know that I had the updater targetted to the test server a while back but the target point is the live servers. I tried changing them and that's when I get the error in red.

Run it as an admin.
