How to use Standard EQ2Map icons
 

This will restore the normal, default icons that come with the EQ2Map modification.

1. Navigate to your /DrumsUI/ folder and open the file eq2map_ignorelist.xml

Delete the highlighted line below:

Save the file.

2. Navigate to the /eq2map/ folder within your DrumsUI directory.

Delete the following file:

3. Navigate to your /images/icons/ folder within your DrumsUI directory.

Delete the following files:

4. Run the EQ2Map updater before doing anything else!

5. Now you have the default map icons. The next time you run the DrumsUI updater again, it will prompt you to download files from from Steps #2 and #3. You must right click and Ignore them!

Followed the instructions to reset map icon to standard eq2maps icons, but when i log into eq2 i still have drumsui icons. Any suggestions?:(

Did you run the EQ2Map updater, as described in step 4?

Followed the instruction to the letter.

Try it without step 5 (don't re-run the DrumsUI updater) and see if it gives you default icons. Been a while since I tested it without my custom icons. Also, make sure your EQ2Map updater is pointing to the correct folder.

Alright, so I need to just use completely custom file names in the future.

For now, I updated the instructions in Step 5. You must right-click and Ignore the specific files in the DrumsUI updater when you run it again.

Unless Kaldran changed something, the updater can be configured to only download certain files if they are missing.

Not sure what you mean. I haven't changed anything.

Some of the files you list are no longer there.

It is only one file that is no longer there, that is "DrumsUI_icon_map.dds".

It appears that file is irrelevant anyways since I deleted the others and the map reverted to standard EQ2Map icons just fine, unless I am missing something.
