target casting window needs reclicked
 

Often the Target Casting window is not present on logging in or changing toons. I have to open the Drums control panel, uncheck then recheck the box abd it pops back up. Have you heard of anyone else seeing this?

I think it's a known issue. I also have problems with the cast bar, Self>Target window and stat bar saving when I camp between characters.
