This was a new one.
Never seen it before. Sorry, don't know how to solve it, might work with a reboot. |
It might be group policies. There's an option buried in there to use only FIPS-compliant algorithms, and MD5 is excluded by FIPS.

Map Interface
Can't find a way to enter a thread.
Tried to enter a POI into map. Impossible. Forces you to select a current zone from an old incomplete zone list. See if you can enter this one for me. This is the entrance for Castle Highhold Zone is Exp_Rgn_North_Seas /way 322.98 179.05 -132 There are other POI's I would enter. If you fix SubmitPOI dialogs let me know please. |
We don't have this zone.
I have to investigate it. |
map updater not working
Looks like Home Premium doesn't have group policies.
Thanks for trying :) |

Changing registry is scary and delicate, but in my case, it needed to be set to 0 (zero - disabled) in HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE\SYSTEM\CurrentControlSet\Control\Lsa\fipsalgorithmpolicy. I verified it on another machine that was working fine, and it was zero. So I changed the value, and that fixed it. I'm a happy camper!:nana: |
