Error Getting File List

Error Getting File List:
The underlying connection was closed: The remote name could not be resolved.

Thats the error i get when running the auto updater. Its worked for me before so I don't know what the problem is.

i get the same message. not sure what to do. it says,

"Error Getting File List:
The underlying connection was closed: Unable to connect to the remote server."

I am connected to the internet and have enabled the program in my firewall.
