java and profit do not play well together
 

I recently tried to update my profit after coming back to eq2 from playing Landmark for a while. It gives me the .jar issue and I installed Java 7 thinking I needed to update java to get it to work. Still not working. How do I fix this? I am playing in default,, someone shoot me.
I went to that site and downloaded the latest zip file for Profit updater, its not working.
Help soon please.:(

My advice is uninstall java and reboot. The Profit updater does not need java installed as it will download and run the runtime on its own when it detects no java installation.
