How can I go about making profit use the default's red UI colors?

There's several red color schemes under the various skin variants. There should be preview images of all of them in the updater that'll show you the color and background pattern. Look for colors like red, dark red and rose.

Yeah I just looked at all the variants and not what I am looking for.

Then I'm afraid you're pretty much stuck. Color isn't just a setting in the XML somewhere, it's the actual graphics files. Each color and pattern requires a complete set of background graphics files with all the elements drawn in them, which is a huge amount of work.

If you want the default images, just delete the custom ones included in your UI download (if you use an auto-updater, you may have to put them on the ignore list). That'll cover most of the look, the rest should be doable by editing the style xml files to use the same colors and whatnot as the default. Between the two of them it probably won't be perfect but it should get you close.
