QUESTS

Paive and Hysolin resume updating their steps in Learning Faerlie, once again allowing adventurers to join Kelethin.

ITEMS

Newly acquired items with the Dispersion effect will now proc differently for non-cloth classes. See the item examinations for details.
Existing items with the Dispersion effect continue to proc as before for non-cloth classes, at a reduced rate.
The Fallout effect on RoK armor should no longer aggro NPCs who have not yet engaged in combat.
The Worker's Sledgemallet has had its damage reduced.
The weapon rewards from the Anaphylaxis quest are now of legendary quality, thereby bringing them in line with the challenge.
The Anaphylaxis proc itself is now more usable: it's maintained and cancelable by the wielder.
We've been evaluating who's been using which new items since the expansion's release. We've also been evaluating the comments being made about the loot that's available and various sources of it (quests, groups, raids) and taking that into account. Some Kunark treasured items with item effects have had their effects' strengths modified to bring them in line with the Treasured loot quality moniker.
Expert Collection reward items are more beneficial to solo and single group players. They were previously interacting with raid buffs in a way that made these solo/group rewards more beneficial to raiders than solo or single group players.

STABILITY

A rare problem that could cause two characters on an account to "merge" if one logged out of a zone, and another logged into the same zone while in a state of extreme server load, has been fixed.
