[Added] [Map] Darkpaw Warrens
 

Here is my approach for this map. I ended up with this arrangement to fix the problem of running along, hitting a low spot in the floor, and the map switches to the wrong level. There may be better ways, and it won't hurt my feelings if this doesn't go into the official updates, or someone just replaces all this with another approach. But this zone is so confusing without a map, I'm submitting this version.

Where should it be added?

I would like to get the names changed to follow the naming code
([Solo] [Heroic] [Raid]) etc

I would place them under Antonica. They are accessible to all players of all levels, and they're not a limited time event. The main hub "Darkpaw Dugout" is directly off Antonica, while the rest are off of the Dugout.

Here's the code with the naming pattern you requested. The parentheticals came from jeffjl's original post. Yes, the easier heroic version is simply called "Heroic" rather than the typical "Heroic I".

Yeah, the maps themselves were so much work, I kinda forgot about the names. I think this fits the standard format.

Entry is from Antonica, so I have the menugroup="Karan".

In what order should they be:

I don't think it matters much, since you don't have to visit every level to beat the dungeon. It's possible to beat the dungeon without ever visiting Lower or Terraports. From lowest elevation to highest, the order is

1. Lower
2. Entrance Level
3. Underpaw and Ancestral
4. Upper North
5. Upper South
6. Terraports

If you're hoping for a more natural order, here are the connections between floors. Players start at Entrance Level (obviously).

• Entrance <-> Lower
• Entrance <-> Upper North
• Upper North <-> Upper South
• Upper South <-> Underpaw and Ancestral
• Upper South <-> Terraports

Hmm. Not sure how you order things. It's not exactly straightforward. Most of these are interconnected via paths or holes or cliff jumps or rock climbs.

Dugout is the entry from Antonica.

The Tradeskill instance entrance is in Dugout.

From Dugout, for the adventure instances (Entrance Level) is where you come in. I guess I would say

• Entrance
• Lower
• Upper North
• Upper South
• UnderPaw and Ancestral
• Terraports

Thank you for all this hard work. How do we include that in the EQ2Maps interface? I went to download the new version of the Manual interface and it is still the 26 December 2022 version.

Does the updater not work for you?

I run EQ2 on Steam in Linux and the auto update version does not work.

I can update the map, it has not been requested for a while.
