2 collections not showing up right
 

Hi to who ever can help out or maybe do a up date on profit Ui to fix thisfrom occuring if any one else is having probs

following up on your petition. I am sorry to hear that you are having some issues with your collections. I tested out this item and was able to successfully add it to both collection quests without any problems. Its possible that a third party UI is interfering with your collections but you should be able to fix this by using the /loadui command and loading the default Everquest II UI. Go ahead and try this out and then try to add these collection items to their collections and let us know if you need any other help!

While there were some issues adding Velious items to collections at first, that problem was resolved. I'm not aware of any issue adding items to the expert collections. Mine are not complete, but I've had no problems adding items so far. Are you having problems with specific items?

We have confirmed here that the issue is with the Kunark and Faydwer Expert Recognition collections. I believe as well that the real problem is faulty highlighting of collected items. This is an issue I have seen intermittently with these collections and a few others as I recall. Items are correctly added to collections but the collections window fails to highlight some items correctly. I don't know if this issue appears in the default UI. I don't recall seeing support questions about it in the SOE forums. I putting this out so folks can be aware of it and possibly get enough info to confirm what I've seen.
