Blue Theme seems to be broken
 

The blue theme for CE seems to be a bit broken with several textures and windows just a WHITE box.

Red and Blue default themes are not great choices for ProfitUI since as you discovered there are a lot of additional custom graphics used. I'll see if this can be improved in the next version of the ProfitUI_CE utility. In the meantime there are a couple of complete custom themes at the bottom of the file list when you check for updates.
