No file to extract
 

I registered and I downloaded it to my desktop...and it will not extract with RAR which is my zip file opener. What am I doing wrong? What should I be doing instead?

Right-click the zipped file and see if you get a choice to "Open with..." and then choose "Windows Explorer" from the box that appears. Before you click OK, uncheck the box that says "Always use this program to open this type of file" unless you want all future zip files to use the built-in Windows zip utility.
