Whenever I use the button in the quest helper to access the wiki, I get5 an error "The program can't start because MSVCP71.dll is missing from your computer. Try reinstalling the program to fix this problem.

It would appear that developers are supposed to ship this dll with their programs, but I don't know whether it's ProfitUI's responsibility or Java's. Can you help?

I am on Win 7 64 bit. Running as Admin. I have the latest Java.

When trying to update now I am getting window saying Exception thrown!

I'm just curious if there's anything being planned for adding the star next to the names of named mobs that give AA. I just switched to Profit, and now I miss that feature.

Hi. since latest update the click to cure potion use is not working for me and also the buffs in group window to cast on groupmembers (12345 buttons etc) bugs after zoning and displays strings of code in the tooltips.

Edit: Ok i've just deleted the following file from my ProfitIU folder and the AA tree problem is gone.

I have used and LOVE Profit UI since I started playing EQ2. I installed EQ2 on a laptop and added Profit UI. Yes I know GM9 is no longer updating it and am thrilled that others have picked it up, BUT now that GU53 had thrown a wrench into the mix, and I was not having any luck with any of these little fix's I chose to uninstall Profit UI and start with a clean install. One big problem is I cant find it ~ only updates to the original. I tried with this Catalyst 7 update and ended up with the default UI, and none of the beloved Profit UI that I was after.

So my question is this, where can I find a clean install of Profit UI?

And just to be on the safe side I have always unzipped it into the EQ2 main program file with no trouble, is this still correct?

Thanks in advance and hoping someone can help ~ no one should ever have to play with the DEFAULT UI.

I am experiencing some problems after GU53 and updating Catalyst. All I can see is EQ2 crashing immediately after trying to load my selected character, both running the login and the exe file. The character pick screen loads all right. Oh and about uisettings.xmls, there is no such file so I cannot delete it

Have you tried the scrollbar at the right of the drop down list. I find that lists shows all the faction categorys except Unknown which is slightly off the bottom.
