Description:
This modifies the Voice Chat window to align the chat users to the bottom of the window. A bit of extra padding in the window has been removed, and the drop down menu is located at the bottom of the window.
The window will only update speakers' position after the mouse leaves the window. This is so you can re-size the window, and the code will update the position afterward. Enjoy.

- eq2ui_mainhud_voicechat.xml goes in your CustomUI folder.
