I love the concept of graphics profiles! This is something I've been hoping SOE would add for a very long time.

Unfortunately, I'm having some trouble setting up my own profile with the parser. There doesn't seem to be any real documentation on the program, other than your short blurb here. Even though I'm actually using Aeeolag's UI that incorporates this performance panel, I grabbed your zip to check on documentation and found none.

The parser included in the package runs fine - it seems to be reading information and then rewriting it to an XML file.. but the buttons on my UI still use the default settings, despite various combinations of relogging and running the parser.

What is the proper usage? (ie, should I be logged on or off when I run the parser? Do I need to relog before the change will take effect? Is there a particular directory I'm supposed to move the parser to?)

A new version of the parser is getting uploaded soon...

Log into eq2
Set the display settings how you want them
click on the <accept> button on the options screen then camp
run the parser
select the location of your eq2_recent.ini file
select button 1
select the style (Laffs large in this case, soon to be named steel bottom style)
click on go
now what the parser has done is read your recent file and copied all the display info into another file, That new file will be found in the folder that contains the parser
Place the new file into your custom UI folder
log back into eq2 and you now have your profile mapped to button 1 on the panel

Do the same again for the other 2 buttons.

These instructions are what I tried before, and they didn't work for me with the old version of the parser. The newest version, however, is great. Thank you very much!

This skin doesn't seem to want to work for me, All the windows are misplaced (using your ini) and I get no right click drop box when I right click on the UI. The EQ2 Button has no text aswell.

Gorgeous UI! Great work!

One teeny problem, the ui loads just fine, but for some reason i cant see anything in the world

I get the UI top and bottom and a black screen between, prolly my non-technical self causing the problem, but a solution would be appreciated.

Delete

eq2ui_mainhud_map.xml

from the BottomV8 folder

Set the letterbox to

cl_letter_box_amount 0.110000
letterbox_frame_visible false

The main problem was a copy of the map crept into the file I uploaded...

The cropped version I have would stand alone but you would have to do an include in the mainhud file and then make a macro to make the window show.
Harvest info was part of MY inventory mod btw!!
depechenode's Advanced Inventory Mooked up style.

My harvest info included in my mod:

DLed this the other day and noticed a few things

Buffs would go outside of the buff box often... especially during raids.

Your targets target window is kind of small, can deal with it though.(would be great if its a bit more noticeable, I prefer to have an easier view of what im assisting a person on but thats just me.)

If you go over 1000 in weight your able to carry, it cuts off part of the 1000+ number.

Other than that its great Just gotta get used to it...

Mostly just skinning things the last screenshot will give you a good idea what the windows look like... (but only in the grey marble.. me using the blue on my UI.. you will find that in the addons section)

But I guess I will update the screenies soon anyways lol
