Description
Othesus Maintained Spells window
Now available in three sizes and with ward/reactives/procs remaining!

I've been using this window myself for a few months. I like the window to be unobtrusive but still give a clear indication of the time remaining for maintained spells.

The number at the top shows how many reactives, procs, or how much ward is remaining. The number at the bottom shows how many hours, minutes, or seconds remain. Also, there is a small white bar underneath each icon with remaining time.

The icons fill the window differently depending on the shape of the window and what edge of the screen it's closest to.

The default UI has 30x30 pixel icons and that's the normal size. I've also included folders with 26x26 pixel and 34x34 pixel sizes. I've included Spell Effects and Detrimental Effects windows so that you can mix and match the sizes. Those function the same way as the default windows except that the border is slimmer.

There is a thin frame and a black background if you want to see them (they aren't shown in the screen shots since I don't use them.) Just set them up in the Window Settings however you like.

There's one hidden option in the Window Settings also. If you show the Frame and Titlebar the icons are always sorted from left to right and top to bottom and you can scroll them with the mousewheel. Normally they don't scroll.

This window was originally based on Killarny's Maintained Spells with Duration text.

Detrimental and effects

The maintained spells box is working thanks to your instruction. What about Detrimental and Effect spells? I did test by add Version="2.0" right after UserResizable="true" and still not making any difference, then I tried put it in very end of the line, still no luck

How could I get those two boxes working? I really like your feature showing timer really helpful with tracking especially with detrimental spells.

This is a fantastic mod and I'm very grateful that you've made it. Is there a way to make these icons the same for the detrimental effects window? I had thought I had seen something about it before but now I can't find it.

Is it possible to get the effects to start from the opposite directions when you have them horizontal...I have one across one half of the bottom of the screen and the other across the other half...I would prefer if the effects were able to go from the center of the screen to the edge.

Ah shoot, thanks. When I was testing the GU39 version on the test server it was with some low level characters and they didn't have many buffs. The missing code is actually a workaround to fix some bugs in the DynamicData SOE sends and I was hoping they would fix.

I'll post a fixed version in a minute.

I had issues getting the wards and procs remaining to display correctly if these effects were in the sixth frame forward. When I looked at the code for eq2ui_mainhud_maintained.xml for each of the three sizes (26, 30 and 34 pixels), I noted that the code varied between the first five frames and the remaining frames in each case. Namely, each first line commencing with:
<Text AbsorbsInput="false" ...
for each frame, starting with the sixth, was missing the following parameter that was present in the corresponding line for the first five frames:
DynamicDataFilter="FFFE"
Placing this parameter in each of the sixth through thirtieth frames seemed to correct the display of information for wards, procs, etc.

Please let me know if I've misunderstood something as I am not well versed in xml.

Sorry, if you do a search in the forums you would see that the poison charges, reactive heals remaining, ward amount remaining, etc. information isn't available to put into the window. We would if it were possible-- people ask for this every couple weeks or so.
